If any company' s turnover is 300 crore in 2018-19 and it appoint Miss X as woman director. And next year its turnover decreases to 250 cr .Whether Miss X will vacate the office?

Provisions once applicable will be applicable for at least 3 years. So in the very next year you can not resign the director.
