Withdrawal of Resserves from LLP

Hello All

I have converted my company to an LLP, now i wanted to withdraw the reserves or current account amount. Is their any laws which prohibits me from withdrawing the reserves or i can withdraw any amount from it. In company their was some prohibition on withdrawing reserves is it same in LLP to?
