In case of Private company, where an additional director is reappointed in AGM is required to file a Form 32 ?. As the resolution for AGM already contain the reappointment of Additional Director as Director whether it is necessary to file Form - 32 ???
Yes.
When you regularise the additional director in the AGM by appointing him as a regular director you have to file form-32 with in 30 days of AGM. This filing is required to update the status of your director in the ROC records.
