Wife of Karta in a HUF

1. Yes, daughters can also be Co parceners of HUF. As per Hindu Succession Act, 2005 (Amendment) daughters can also be coparceners in their own rights in HUF of their father's HUF alone. 
2. However, both father and daughter should be alive as on 9th September 2005 (at the time of amendment). 
3. A wife can only become a member and as explained above difference between coparcener and member is that coparceners can demand partition of HUF whereas members have no such rights. 
4. However, members have an equal share in the property of the HUF.
5. Yes, she can be a coparcener in her fathers HUF (on satisfaction of the condition) and member in her father in laws HUF.
