Dear Freinds,

This seems to be the season of despondency and Frustration amongst our seniors who have qualified but not able to make much headway in getting employment. It is a well known fact that few amongst those have patience for going in to practice which is a time consuming proposition.

Their outbursts and lack of direction and enthusiasm is definitely having a sobering and serious effect on us students who are in line after them. If they are facing such a problem, what about us?The landscape will get tougher by the day. Or it is the effect of downturn in economy which has put paid to economic expansion which we werer enjoying for last 5 years and is a temporary phenomenon?

I would be glad of all your insights on this matter which will help us moving ahead with renewed hope and energy.

THANKS FOR SHARING

Yes, the current scenerio is just heart-breaking for the students and newly qualifieds. However, I guess there should be some improvement in the situation (atleast a slight improvement), once GST, DTC and IND ASs comes into effect. But if anyone is willing to dedicate his entire life to this profession, he'll surely prosper after a certain point of time. Whatever xd........

What can be done to mitigate the shadow of discontent and apprehension faced by new members of our esteemed profession? Is it a temporary blip on the horizon or something is changing as to how Cas are being veiwed in the current scenario of multi disciplinary skills?

These are the basic questions that should be debated and a corrective course of action to be taken at the earliest so the skills of Cas can be matced to the expectations of prospective Employers and give Ca its right place under  the Sun that they deserve.

Freinds we should collectively think to pull us out of morass that seems to be setting in. A small effort is my contribution is my blog www.castudyarena.com wherein I am trying to find unswer to some of these questions. Will keep All updated.
