Can any one tell me, I am accountatn for a company in which I am filing E TDS returns for first time.
My question is whos digital signature is to be attached while filing e TDS returs of the company?

there is no such requirement if e-tds returns are submitted through tin-fcs(i.e manually) ....
however if u are uploading file online...get dsc of Accounts Officer/Manager (Finance)
you will need the digital signature of the director or any of the authorised signatory
