Raj kumar sir is good....and those who have not taken coaching from him..they dont know that he gives proper notes and flowcharts to students for important topics in all areas....also question bank for questions on various topics...but  i have heard that manoj batra sir is also good teacher...unke guess papers me se kaafi questions aa rahe hain in the past 2-3 attempts..that's why he is rising...so in my opinion both are equally good and are available in satellite format also.
