I have income of RS. 10,000 per month from a BPO company on salaried basis though they have deducted my tds u/s 194J instead 192, so i filled my return in ITR 4 but i got mail for defective return us 139(9) and they asking to fill the return under ITR3 or ITR5. so would request you to kindly help in this regard.
