Which ITR form is to be filled by a trust which is not a charitable or religious trust(private trust) ,i.e. , a trust not covered under section 139(4A)?

yes itr 7 is correct you can filled
But ITR 7 is to be filled only by persons covered under 1394A, i.e., only by a religious or charitable trust.
