Generally, an 18% GST rate applies to services like online teaching, unless a specific rate is mentioned. It's also confirmed that Income Tax is applicable on profits, and individuals will need to file their Income Tax Returns (ITR) separately. For personalised advice, consulting a professional is recommended due to various individual factors.

Your query is not clear. Can you please explain again?

How much gst is applicable for person with annual income of more than 20L in service sector ?

Contract employee .

General rate of 18% is applicable if nothing is specified. If you can tell exactly what kind of services you are providing, I can recheck for specific work

Online teaching , I m working as educator in Pvt company FOR that also rate will be 18% ?

And mam I need to file itr above that ? I mean 18% deducted in gst and than I will again have to pay tax jn ITR ? Or in ITR I will get exemption ?

You are requested to visit once any nearby consultant as there will be many aspects and factors to be considered and planning done accordingly.
