New Traces 2.0 issues

This appears to be more of a TRACES 2.0 login/session issue than a Form 16B issue.
Since Form 16B can be downloaded only through Taxpayer login after Form 26QB is processed, first check whether registration is fully active and the challan-cum-statement is processed. Then try login in Incognito/private mode, clear browser cache/cookies, disable extensions/ad blockers, allow pop-ups, and try a different browser/network.
If the screen is still blank, it is best to contact TRACES helpdesk or raise an online grievance, because that usually indicates a portal-side or session-rendering issue rather than a user mistake.

I tested the TRACES New Site today.

I could log in with my existing registration, HOWEVER, no way to download Form 26AS [Now called Form 128].

Next I tried through efiling portal. I could jump to the same TRACES [looks same and hyperlink same !!!!] and now could download the Form 128 [26AS] in pdf format, which is not very useful for tallying/ checking the figures. Tried to get the excel file, no success.

I suspect the new TRACES site still needs to be made fully functional. Would wait for 2 weeks and try.

Further update.

Found that to download the Form-26AS for FY2025-26, it is necessary to click on <Compliance Under Income Tax Act 1961> button available on right side of the horizintal menu bar.

Clicked on that and it took me to TRACES old page and it was possible to download 26AS in Excel format.

Thank you for the reply. Now new issue is i can get into the old Traces 1.0 but the form is still missing. Its been more than a month since Form 26QC has been generated but no sign of Form 16C.

Agreed best is wait for some more time and then try again.

The TRACES 2.0 portal currently only offers PDF downloads for Form 26AS. To get the Excel version, click the Compliance Under Income Tax Act 1961 button on the right side of the horizontal menu bar in TRACES 2.0, which takes you to the legacy TRACES interface where the Excel download still works.
For login issues, registration approvals are running 8-10 days right now so plan ahead. Form 26AS reconciliation with AIS is the next step once you have the Excel file.

The blank screen issue on TDSCPC is usually a browser compatibility problem - try Internet Explorer or Edge in compatibility mode since the portal works best with older browser settings. Clear your cache and cookies completely before logging in too. If that still doesn't work try a different network as ISP routing sometimes causes this. For Form 16B you can also try logging in directly through the TRACES portal as an alternative path.

I have tested on both Firefox Browser [ Win7 and Win10]  and Edge [Win10], before providing my update on 20 Apr 2026.

So, I suspect, TRACES has not, yet, uploaded the Form-26AS needed by @ Nikhil's Client. There cannot be any issue about registration in TRACES portal [ same registration works for TRACES-2, that was working for TRACES-1 , I know very well], so problem is with TRACES and not due to the Tax Payer making any mistake.

@ Nikhil, you may use the below link to log in to TRACES-2, then jump to TRACES-1 as I have already written earlier on 20 Apr 2026, and give a try once more :-

We are also facing the same problem, Certificate got generated for ?

My form 26qc has been generated on 12th April but its not yet reflecting in the landlord's pan
