I could register one of my client for TDSCPC portal as taxpayer which intself took me more than 8 to 10 days. However now when trying to login as taxpayer it shows a blank screen and I cant login. I need to download Form 16B for tds payment done on rent payment but its not allowing me. Does any one has solution for this issue then please do let me know

This appears to be more of a TRACES 2.0 login/session issue than a Form 16B issue.
Since Form 16B can be downloaded only through Taxpayer login after Form 26QB is processed, first check whether registration is fully active and the challan-cum-statement is processed. Then try login in Incognito/private mode, clear browser cache/cookies, disable extensions/ad blockers, allow pop-ups, and try a different browser/network.
If the screen is still blank, it is best to contact TRACES helpdesk or raise an online grievance, because that usually indicates a portal-side or session-rendering issue rather than a user mistake.
