Which form for appointment for directors dated in feb 2014

Hi

A private limited company appointed additional directors in board meeting in Feb 2014. All the newly appointed directors had DIN as on the date of their appointment,

But the company failed to file the Form 32.

Now the Companies ACt, 2013 has been brought into effect from April 2014.

So now which form has to be filed ? Can we put Feb 2014 as appointment date?

Is Form Dir 12 has to be filed which attachments are required ? Is DIR 2 and other documents like interest in other enties required to be attached ?
