icai module and practice manual itself is more than enough for ethics communication...

it is given in simple way in icai material itself..

ICAI study mat is the best way to get rank in CA exam or for if u need a refrence book so go for CA manish bhandari for LAW Ethics and Communication.....

Personally I feel study from ICAI material for ethics and communication.Refer to the PRACTICE MANAUAL.Its the best source of information and knowledge and covers most of the important questions in a concise manner.LOTS OF CONCEPTS ASKED IN THE EXAM ARE USUALLY COVERED IN THE PRACTICE MANUAL.
