Paduka is better one

MP Vijay Kumar book also good and standards rawat is good.

If you are doing self study then Tulsian is very good..

Apart from that i feel that ICAI's module, rtp's and compilations are enough

For accounts go for Praveen Sharma and for accounting standards D.S Rawat Sir or Praveen Jindal Sir Class Notes....

P.C. Tulsian is very good..

P. C. TULSIAN IS VERY COVERING THE WHOLE SYLABUSS AND ALSO COME IN TWO SEPRATE PARTS BUT ITS ARRANGEMENT OF SYLLABUS  WAS ON THE BASIS OF PCC SYLABUS MEANS THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED THE CHAPTERS ACCORDING TO THE IPCC SYLABUS SO, AFTER BUYING YOU HAVE TO SOME WORK FOR ARRANGING THE CHAPTERS ACCORDINGLY BUT EVEN I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO BUY.
 BUT FORGET TO STUDY FROM FROM MODULS ALSO AS ICAI GIVES A CONSIDERABLE WEIGHTAGE TO CONTENTS OF MODULES.

Rawat Is the best book for preparing AS and for else of Accounting, Just go for any book with plenty of practising questions.

If u Have taken coaching of Accountancy then go lindly for what ur teacher has recommendes. in case of C.A., u don't have time to waste in reading other books,

Don't juggle between books.

Just Concentrate on getting ur topics/concepts right

i think g. sekar published under paduka is the better book of them all.

plz prefer scanner n module only

i thnk praveen sharma book is more thn enough...its compact and covers every kind of ques....don't go for the books which r very extensive bcoz these will be get revised at the time of exams...
