Whether mgt 1 is applicable for listed companies

In my opinion the Register maintained by depository will be sufficient. Refer section 88(3) of Companies Act, 2013.

Not necessary. Rule 27 of Companies (Management and administration ) Rules states that the records in electronic form shall be maintained in such manner as the Board of directors
of the company may think fit. But it is mandatory that Every listed company should maintained it in Electronic Form.
