Whether client need to obtain Form 16A (from banks) month on month or its enough if they get it at the end of the financial year?

Whether form 16a need to be issued by the bank every month?

Hi,
As per new rules, the Banker is required to issue Form 16A on a quarterly basis. He is required to issue 4 certifcates totally in year.
Rule 31 of the IT rules also says that the due date for issuance of form 16A is within 15 days from the due date of filing quarterly returns of TDS
