I am in great confusion regarding changes of ISCA. Whether these are also applicable for May 2014 Attempt or not??

No they are applicable from nov14.some minor changes were in 5th and8th chp
They are applicable till may 14 attempt.major changes in syllabus of iscaapplicable from nov14.some chapters are reduced
