Where to report the nil rated supply

Hi
my query is where shall we report the nil rated supply of health care services which have a SAC CODE 9993 has to be reported under table 8 column 2 (nil rated supply) or to be reported under column 3 exempt supply (other than nil rated supply) please guide us through this.

As it is exempted under NN-12/2012 CTR, it should be reported as Exempted Supply.
