i am appearing for ca final november 2014 examination...i am doing self study for law...i have purchased handbook and textbook of law of munish bhandari but this time he has reduced the length of handbook eliminating case studies,covering only points and one more thing i tried to study only 4 pages of chapter "directors but in these 4pages,executive directors and non executive directors are not given,also penalty(section 266G) is not covered and also provisions relating to revival and rehabilition of sick industrial cos. chapter is not covered,as per notifictn of icai,this time amendmnets will not be covered from this chapter,so it should be covered...please tell me what should we do?how to prepare law?this time his handbook came very late in markeitt on 19 august too...and one more thing in online exam form it is written "certified true copy"is to be enclosed;it means certificate of articleship is to be attested??

Hi,
The only solution to this is to Use the Main book and mark and consolidate special points which you come across while studying the cases /questions in the handbook .
The main thing is to prepare for the last day revision which can be done easily using the new handbook.That is what i am planning to do .
The Certificate of Articleship i attached with my form is attested by the member as a certified true copy.
