As per my opinion, Two things are essential to get good package in company or other:
1. Degree
2. Work Experience

He has done M-COM but as hed had not completed his CA final & CS final and moreover he doesn't have any workexprience so I think Rs 3 Lakh to 3.5 lakh will be good enough to start with.
