Even Such mentally challenged children have care, humanity in there hearts and today even many smart people are found commiting inhumane activities..

When we learn to help someone without expecting a favour in return we have achieved something in life. You dont have to be Hyderabadi or American for this. Humanity is the biggest religion and not many practice it in the modern world.
