Go with Nagendra sir Notes. It is one of the simplest notes available in market. You can download it from CA Clubindia also.

Opinions very but I have referred to new Book By .PAPNEJA SIR , the chapter contains 100% theory , concepts and steps to solve questions in simple language + 125 solved Q.
U cud think about this .Its very comprehensive.
