In real sense, there is no date extension. A relaxation has been provided to those who are finding it difficult to upload the tax audit report online.

In any case (manual/online) you have to submit the TAR within the due date, i.e 30.09.2013.

But, if you submit manually to the A.O., then you will also have to file the same online as well within 31.10.2013.
