past 60 day before I issue some bill under gst to one of my party but not he is paid payment. his 2 cheque bounce & 4 are stop payment .
what action I take now

You can issue credit note against the same or if goods issued then you need to wait and later on treat as bad debt.
In GST there is no such cluase to get recover the payment dues against debtors.
