I have not been deduting WCT TDS from past 3 years. Contractors are paying their own taxes. Is there any way where i can take some "form" from them saying that they are paying their own taxes so kindly dont deduct WCT TDS, or is there any way to avaoid WCT TDS ????? i'm Developer and not pricipal contractor
