What are the rules to get the answer sheet?..

even i wnat to know..

the thing is that you dont need to pay i guess because you have to apply under the RTI act and you can get the xerox copy of the answer sheets.

once done with that if you feel that u can get more then give it for revaluation. for that u need to give a hand written aplication along with 100 rupees per paper DD.4check the site for more info

Can we get answer  sheets in even IPCC. the decision was just for CPT ???????????

Getting Answer sheets Supreme Court on 09th August 2011 have passed a Ruling which is applicable for any & all Educational Institutes & boards & Bodies. Giving of Answer Sheets fall under RTI so now ICAI also cannot refuse it. & for getting it under RTI just comply with the rules Requirements & procedures of RTI

i got d mesg 4m CA tht answersheets can be seen by every1 even CA/CS/CWA bt tht is applicable 4m 2012 jan 

are you sure about the 2012 thing?? if so then i have no option but to give it for revaluation
