What are the Compliances needs to do of Nidhi Company

One Nidhi company incorporated on Feb 2020 and Audit also Pending for the F.Y. 19-20 and F.Y. 20-21, No Compliances performed till now.

Please guide us what are the Compliances are needs to do for the both the F.Y. 19-20  & F.Y. 20-21
