look, obiviously u had done ur articleship while doing CA.. u know ur self very well that whats ur strenth and weakness and whats ur favourite area to work on. 

u know in art ship we learning Audit, as well as accounting. so what u had done in past shape up in future naa. 

Whats ur favourite are Job or Practice, u would only know better than us.. so think urself and go for it !!!!

agree with 10-12 years job and then go for practise; as money earned/saved during this time can be used as capital in your   new firm.

 its difficult to leave Job once you started. Best way if you want to do practice just start now. Don't waste time.

I u ultimately want to get into practise wat is the concept of getting into job for 2 or 3 years... answer to your question depends on your area of interest 

I think that.....

1. If you want to do practice after 2-3 years Job than it's not possible.....

Take One Example to understand easily on your own:

If you become C.A. Approx. What You expect Youe Salary Yearly i.e.3,50,000/- and its just your starting earing.....you have to do your job for 2-3 years means at the end of 3rd year your salary is apporx, 4,80 to 5,00,000/- than no one can leave the job........

So, My suggestion is that if you think to do the practice than start after clearing C.A....

ya, that's true that you have to do hard work but if you do hard work for only two or three year than you can reach at what you can expect.......

if you are not able to success in practice than you can go for your job opportunity.......
