Does any one know website from which we can find ward office number which we have to mention on ITR?

You can see to site your pan card details incometaxindia.gov.in
go to pan card section there enter your first name and last name along with your birthdate to see your pan details
they are listed in such a way so you can see the ward etc details in the last line
