A person get registration under gst.. But his total turnover is less than 20 lacs and is assumed to be so for the coming year... Can he cancel his gst number on voluntarily basis??
If yes what reason is to mention from the specified list..

reason is below the threshold limit but its mandatory to file every return like gstr-1,gstr -3b , gstr -9. and final return
