please elaborate your query,

fees means the coaching one or the donation. if it is coaching allowed otherwise not allowed. 

Further, it should be for your children.

Tution fees component (as specifically mentioned u/s 80C) is allowed as deduction from Gross Total Income for a FULL TIME course and that too for only two children of the assessee and it should not be towards any Development fees or Donation. Payment should be made to a college/Educational Institute/ University IN INDIA. Also maximum limit for investment of Rs 1 Lac to be adhered to.

Tution is mentioned on the Receipt of the Institute

only tution fees paid will be allowed subject to limit prescribed in section 80c

u can also take deduction for int on loan  under sec 80E if u have taken loan for the same purpose

Because the recent ammendement allowed it against former criteria of only higher secondary education.

 

 

 allowed  UPTO  1 LAC
