My friend (Final student after completing PEII) has a problem ,he wants to transfer from current firm due to transfer of his father but he has 5 months excess leave after considering eligible leave. But his 2 year Articlehip period will complete on next month without considering excess leave.
(1) Can he eligible for May 2011 exam ?
(2) What is the procedure for transfer?
(3) Which form is to be filled by him (for transfer, excess leave etc.)?
