I think refering to the study material of ICAI is more than enough to pass

Study mat and module test papers and cds provided by ICAI is all more than enough

Accounts .. Tulsian Sir book is gud  ..  if u study accounts from that u shoud get 55 out of 60 .. every thing is wit detail in that .. study mat is 5 years old . modle test papers have sum wrong answers . Cd ask same old questions .. so nw its twenty twelve get upgraded ..
