income tax return for A.Y. 2018-19 was duly filled before due date.
but due to death of assessee ITR was not e-verified and acknowledgement was sent but not received by CPC BENGALURU.
Now it's showing invalid and there is a refund of 35000.
please assist what to do?.

You can raise a condonation request. For raising condonation request, login to income tax portal, My account tab and service request..Proceed with new request
submit grievance on e-nivaran
But while submitting condonation request nothing is appearing after we click on new request.
Check on e- nivaran...there is an option for itrv not received by CPC..proceed with resolution sought for CPC -itr
