Please let me know what VAT rate should be charged on sale of compound stabilisers in Himachal Pradesh as my client is charging 4% on some of the bills and 5% on the rest.

as per himachal pradesh sales tax act compound stablisher coes under scheduale A- Part 2 of the hp sales tax act it comes heading sub heading 2 serial no 64 2845 it is charbale at 5%
