Vat purchase retrum after implication of gst

              We had purchased mtl from Manufacturer as we are dealer. Now we are returning the material purchased from the Mfgr by preparing Invoice as per GST Rule.

But party is claiming that as they are Mfgr, they can not purchased the said material from outside. They required debit note without GST. 

As per my knowledge, it is not possible in current regime.
