Indian company exporting service to saudi company, but during payment they deducted VAT, now hoe to reclaim it, or they have to pay it in RCM?

As per Article 47(1) of the Saudi Arabia Vat implementing regulations , reverse charge machanism ( RCM) applicable , in case of import of service in Saudi Arabia, You can not claim nither they can deduct the payment .
Just like in our country we are having GST as indirect tax , similarly they are having VAT , I think @ 15% .
You must Consult with CA or Tax consultant of that Country ( Saudi Arabia) in this regard , because any amendments may have taken place or may not.
