If a payment of single peny to the person whose services are cover under 9(3) (like GTA, Advocate) RCM is applicable

Where the gross amount charged for the transportation of goods on a consignment transported in a single goods carriage is upto Rs 1,500/-or  Where the gross amount charged for transportation of all such goods for a single consignee in the goods carriage is upto Rs. 750/-
