We are wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese Company and we are Pvt. Ltd. Co. We have issued shares to our parent Company in July 2016. at that time we have got Valuation Report from Chartered Accountant. Now we wish to issue additional shares.
My query is , whether we can use valuation done in the July for current issue?
Is there any validity period of valuation Report.
