Hi guys... I have electronically filed Income Tax Return of an assessee having no business income from proprietory concern but having business income from a partnership firm in Form No. ITR 4 instead of ITR 3 for AY 2012-13. Would it be regarded as an invalid return and do I need to revise it just for a mistake in selection of ITR...??? Please Reply..... Thanks in advance....

In my opinion, no need of filing revised return. And also for filing revised return there should be atleast a change of Rs.10/- in the total income.
