It's not possible now. The cut of date to file return of income is year from the date of completion of the related assessment year. Such for your case to file income tax return for A.Y.2010-11 is upto 31-3-2012. However if you received any notice from the department then it is valid and possible according to the such notice section other wise not possible.

As per Section 139(4) of the Income tax act, 1961 belated return may be filed with in a period of ONE YEAR from the end of the relevant assessment year.
Therefore, return for the AY 2010-11 can be filed only by 31-03-2012.
So now it is not possible.
