Dont Take Tension first of all, as 108 is signed by ur CA,nothing will happen.

if ur form 108 is signed by ur CA then there is no issue to complaint to ICAI..

LOL, this is funny. 

Once he signs it and then if he says he didn't, what will be his credibility of signing? If he intends to put the blame of forgery in signature, he can do that all the time can't he? He can even ask you to work as a bonded labourer for life or, he shall deny the signature..

Even your CA must have got a confirmation letter for the completion of your articles, if he wishes to contend the authenticity of signing of form 108, i.e. he is surprised to see it, he should do it in an acceptable time-frame. He anyhow had to sign and send form 108 within a stipulated period.

The ground of non-payment of stipend during leave is something which YOU can utilise against your principal.

Now you gotta make sure that the completion certificate mentions no excess leave, if it doesn't, you don't need to join any firm as an articled assistant.

You should politely say to him, "Sir please go ahead, and if ICAI agrees to your nonsense, I'll join you back, otherwise say please with sugar on it, and offer me a good deal on assignment basis with advance payment then, I will give it a consideration but only if, I like the tone of your please..." ;) 

You can also suggest him to claim lunacy while he signed the form to make ICAI agree to his non-sense.

I was thinking wats the guarantee that he wont go against me after bank audit work. thank u ..it gives confidence..i hav mentioned actual leave of 129 days that i actually taken..further i hav posted my complain at e-sahayata..but not in complaint like form..i post it as seeking for suggestion whether i am binding of his order after all formalities has been done...dis can also help me against him dat he was actually forcing me to join the office...thanks to all.....
