Neeraj...
Try to file with only one bank account which is prevalidated. Remove all other accounts from the database that are not prevalidated but which is visible there on the portal using OTP. Then try to validate again and see. I removed the bank accounts not validated from the list and tried. It worked and validation was successful.
Hoping that u will come across...

For you all
It does not have anything to do with bank accounts added in the profile of the tax filer.
In the Schedule "Taxes Paid & Verification" one portion is for "Details Of Bank Accounts....." one has to click on "Type Of Account" and select from the drop down menu - Savenigs Account, or Current Account, etc.
All the best with your filing

For friends who are there...
It has definitely something to do with the bank accounts added in the profile of the tax payer.
I had made the necessary updations and succeeded in validation and filed ITR 1.
Thank you.

I was explaining about excel utility.
Probably you did it directly on line. That may lead the itr online software to compare the bank accounts already connected to your profile.

To all of you deleting non prevalidated banks and managing to (somehow) file your return.
All may get notice from I-T Dept some time in future.
Why?
Because the I-T Tax Filing rule is that you are to disclose all your Indian Bank accounts in your ITR. (And that info is not hidden from I-T Dept, it shows in your AIS and TIS and 26-AS.)
ITR processing software in I-T Dept would pick up this (non disclosure of all bank accounts) discrepancy in a microsecond. And the ITR would be flagged for notice.

Thank you. I did that as well. Keep only one pre validated account and removing all other. Still error continue.

Use the ITR-1 Excel Utility, and you will succeed.
Millions have already filed using the Excel Utility without trouble.
Ensure that the bank account for getting refund is fully validated, as advised on the Tax Filing Portal to get refund.
