Urgent Please Help!!!!

I am a HR consultant in a company (a LLP, Pune )that was registered 1 yr back and scince then the company was not working.

I mean the compnay did no business. Right now we have started again in fab 2011. Hopeful of some revenue generation as we have got some contract.

My question is:

What to do to show that comapny not done any business?

- bank account transactions, electricity bills , salary register are prominent records which shows the lean periods, where transations can be found almost zero incoming in bank statements, almost nil power consumption and almost no salary for lean periods ( except statuary payouts)

What could be the taxes if any and the procedure?

- you have to make P/L and balance sheet 1st then get in touch with your nearest CA, if MAT is applicable, 

Service that Just started is Recruitment Consultancy.  What would be the service tax for it and How could It be registered?

- register with servicetax department of your city, 10.3% service tax payable with basic exemption limit of 10L

any legal process procedure to follow so that all the clarity clould be maintained?
