i dont knwo about the tds but yes they had to pay around 60 lack a day.....the same amount will be given by kingfisher airlines to government ....Student Savings Account
Chandni ji please read the case law CIT v. Japan Airlines Co. Ltd. (2010) for your answer.
I think they are charging but TDS is not applicable to that..
