My client : Group Name H'Q Engineering Work (P) ltd under newly open sub company one star hotel hotel name : H'Q Botique hotel (all document and pan card moa and aoa name menioned only H'Q Enginerring work (p) ltd)
hotel place own property not rent .... property name mentioned : H'Q engineering works p ltd
My doubt :
1. i want now ST-1 reigistration Name : H'Q botique hotel (A division of H'Q Engineering work P ltd)
can i apply above mention name
