My Form 1A was approved under Companies Act 1956 on 8th March 2014. Expiry period of 60 days is due today. Now my question is whether the period under which MCA21 was under maintenance shall be counted in 60 days? If, not, shall I have to file Form INC-1 again for name availability?
You will have to file fresh form INC-1.
But the name approved is still there on MCA21. So a fresh application with the same name will be accepted?
As long as name is there, u can file documents for incorporation.
Has ROC given extention to all Form 1A SRNs which were filed in March???
