Urgent help to question relating to Law of CS, help pls

In my opinion -

1. False - As the name suggests preventive detention means to take a person in detention to prevent him from doing something against law i.e. on suspicion that the person may do something illegal in future.  Hence it's not a punishment for act against law.  There is no act at all in case of preventive detention.

2. False - In my opinion there is no prescribed format for complaint in criminal case.

3.  True - Interest in immovable property is also an immovable property.  Hence equity of redemption is immovable property (if its immovable equity of redemption)

  -  I am not aware about 4th one.  Although private wrong may not be offence against state but i m not sure.

  -  If there is mistake in any of the above then plz. notify me.

  -  There is no use of requesting for reply again and again.  If someone is going to reply he/she will reply even with your single post.
