Urgent help required please for may 2012 ipcc examination

Helo friends, i failed in nov. 2011 ipcc exam, now my question is that is it enough 70 days to pass ipcc both groups ? And pls tell me about good reference books for, It and sm, Auditphng , law and cost and fm, i use P.C.Tulsian for accounting and advance accounting and V.K.Singhaniya for tax. Pls help me.

Go for group 1 only because 7 papers in 70 days i.e. 10 days per paper is very little time for preparation to clear ca exam unless u have alread studied them earlier thoroughly & purchase Padhuka Series for all subjects

go for both group.....first concentrate on weak area...

I think going for a single group would be a wiser decision. Go for any one group and make sure that you clear it at any cost.

Yaar...tu pareshan mat ho.....hota hai...tumne mehnat ki......ek baar aur try kar...100% succeed hoga..

 

 

Dude.....70 days is enough for REVISION.........

 

U need not have to worry.......

Audit-------------------Surbhi Bansal + icai practice mannual (IPM)

 

Law------------------Munish Bhandhari + IPM

 

TAX-------------------Rajesh Sharma ( I like this book & prefer it over Ajay Jain Book as it covers all relevant topics....atleast go to mkt. 7 have a look )....+ ICAI Amendment Book ( Supplementary book)

 

IT & SM------------------Focus on ICAI Module Language only....For Ref. U can go for Dinesh Madan....

Your book selection is also good. Keep faith in your preparation and do not go for major changes in your study pattern. Focus on conceptual and thorough study via complete course coverage.

You may go for the following options regarding reference books for CA PCC/IPCC:

 

Accounts- Shukla & Grawal

Auditing- VK Agarwal OR Padhuka

Law- Munish Bhandari OR M.P. Vijaykumar

Ethics & Communication- M.P. Vijaykumar OR Padhuka

Costing- S.N. Maheshwari & Padhuka

F.M.- Saxena & Vashist & Padhuka

Taxation-

(i) For Tax Theory refer== T.N.Manoharan/ Girish Ahuja

(ii)For Tax Numerical refer == Dr.Vinod Singhania/

Information Technology- Padhuka or Dinesh Madan notes

Strategic Management- Padhuka

 

Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.

70 days are more than enough. Just work hard and study well. Finish studying those subjects in which you are good so you will be left with more time for other subjects.

 

ACCOUNTS, COSTING & FM, ADV ACCOUNTS: Practice manual & compiler

LAW: Munish Bhandari

TAX: Manoharan or Singhania (both are good)

AUDIT: Surbhi Bansal

IT: Dinesh Madan

SM: Paridhi SInha
