i think we can go even i am also having same question which we can clarify from this which is written in notification..

if notification is not give anything about the graduate who passed cpt can cancel his registration and go for direct article.

NO NEED THOSE THINGS AND ALL......YOU CAN GO FOR ARTICLESHIP PROVIDED U ARE A GRADUATE WHO HAS GOT MORE THAN 55% MARKS IN GRADUATION........BCOZ HOW CAN THIS BIAS HAPPEN THAT THE ONE WHO HAS NOT CLEARED CPT CAN GO FOR ARTICLE AND THE ONE WHO HAS CLEARED  AND GRADUATE CANNOT........SO I AM SURE WE CAN GO.........
